QuestionWhat do I use to clean the washer? Like Affresh? Or what is the best cleaner to use for this washer?

- Answer The machine is still brand new so I did not clean it yet, I do, however, the old trick every week, just as I did with the old machine: when washing towels I pour 2 cups of regular vinegar on the wash. That eliminated the dirt in the and "critters" from the filter hold entirely!

QuestionIf you buy the washer and dryer are they 1) Stackable and need extra hardware? 2) do you need two electrical plugs, one for the washer and one for the dryer? Or does the washer plug into the dryer and then into the wall??

Ultra Large Smart wi-fi Enabled Front Load Washer, Model # WM3700HVA is a stackable washer and you can stack a compatible Electric or Gas LG Front Load Dryer onto it using the LG Stacking Kit, Model # KSTK1. Electric Dryers have to be plugged into a separate 240 VAC, 60-hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). Gas Dryers have to be plugged into a separate grounded 120 V, 60Hz outlet protected by a 15 Amp time delay fuse or 15 Amp circuit breaker. All Appliances have to be plugged into their own dedicated outlet...^IFV

QuestionI'm hearing that some of the front load washers have a hard to reach filter making it difficult to clean the filter from dog hair, kids hair scrunchies, and bits that get in the wash. Is the filter easy to reach?

- Answer Yes, this unit is stackable. This is how I have mine set up. Great thing about the dryer is that the door is reversible as well. since the units are big, it may be difficult to see the settings for the dryer that is on top if you are short, but it is a huge space saver for sure!

QuestionOn the hot/cold water hook up at the back of the front load machine, do you pull out the plastic screens in the inlets when you are hooking up the hot/cold water hoses to the machine??? The water coming in seems to be very constricted

- Answer Yes! I had a guest stay for a few days and I offered to wash their clothes before they left. It was maybe 6 items of clothes and the washer did great. It senses how big or small the load is and adjusts the water and time. You don't have to select a wash load size, the sensing feature is very accurate

QuestionAfter a wash cycle is complete, a dry cycle starts. My question is why the dry cycle smells so bad? Should I wait a short time before jumping from wash to dry?

- Answer After every cycle of washing is finished, keep the door open, do not shut it close, that will prevent odors from forming due to the tight seal of the rubber that prevents the water from leaking out of the drum while is operating.
