  • QuestionI purchased this last year with Best Buy install. The washer drain hose was too short to reach my home drain. The installers left it installed incorrectly and advised us to extend it with another hose and c-clips. Washer hose now leaks. Please advise!

    • Answer The dryer vent is located on the top of the unit. The exit port is combined with the lint trap and the exhaust goes into the room. It's an issue if you live in a hot climate and you're doing a load in the middle of the day. The AC is competing with the dryer.
