“Ordered this W/D set w/pedestals. Would prefer to keep my old pedestals as they are larger. The W/D I am replacing is Whirlpool Duet w/ 15.5" pedestals. Whirlpool 27" wide x 31 1/2" deep and LG is 27" wide and 30 1/8" deep. Can I use my old pedestals?”

• Different brands are not compatible for stacking because the brackets typically will not line up. ^Daphane

• I also had a whirlpool duet with a pedistal, I was told they may fit,but I didn’t epwant to take the chance.
