QuestionDo these washers retain a downloaded cycle for repeated use until a new cycle is downloaded?

- Answer I think so, yes. But only one downloaded cycle is held. So if it’s a regular one great but if you are changing it every time it’s a bit more time consuming.

QuestionWhat is the function of a pedestal and why is it offered?

- Answer We purchased the pedestal and love it. It raises the washing machine so you don’t have to bend over to load it. All the controls on the machine are on the front, so everything is right in front of you. The pedestal even has drawers so that you can store your detergent and supplies in there. Very handy.

- Answer The way the newer machine attaches to the pedestal is completely different than the old one. I don't think it would be safe to use the older one as the machine might bounce off. Theres no way to convert the old one to.attach properly to the new washer.

- Answer My LG pair is only one month old so I don’t have any issues yet but my old LG top loader never had that problem as I left the top open all the time. I am already leaving the door open on my new front loader until all signs of moisture are gone as a precaution.
