“I’ve had this machine for two months. It washes well and is very quiet. But I need help with the water level. When I use the deep fill feature to add additional water, it fill the tub to the maximum instead of adding extra water. Please help.”

• As explained in the note for Deep Fill on page 28 in your owner's manual for the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 4.8 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with 4-Way® Agitator, EasyUnload™ & AI Sensing, Model # WT8205CL, "If the washer reaches its maximum water level, this button will have no effect." Which wash cycle are you using the Depp Fill option with? The note also states that "When you select the Normal cycle and the Deep Fill option, the cycle is changed to the Deep Wash cycle before starting."...^Ivan.
