“Can anyone say what the picture quality is like with a 60Hz refresh rate?”

• The refresh rate is not an issue. Off axis light bleed is. Picture washes out very rapidly as you move off center just a little bit.

• The picture quality is very good for an entry-level TV. There was no additional ghosting or stutter beyond what you would expect to find at 60hz.
