Yes it has a composite video and audio input. I'm using it for a VCR and it works well.

You can hook up a VCR to it as long as your VCR has a component or coax output.

Yes. It does have a RCA Composite input. I'm not sure of the video quality as VHS tape quality degrade over time on top of Composite low resolution.
