Without any information about your stereo or what ports you have on it, we cannot determine what you would need to do to connect it to the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UH6100. The only Audio Output on this TV is the Optical Digital Audio Output and if your stereo has an optical digital audio input on it, then all you need is an optical cable (also referred to as a Toslink cable) to connect from the TV to your stereo. If your TV doesn't have that type of connector on it, there are ways you may be able to connect it but we would need to know what ports you have on your stereo to determine what you would need to connect it...^IFV
