The LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA and all of our 43" TVs do not have an RCA Audio Output that you can connect TV Ears to. The TV's have an Optical Digital Audio Output in the back so you can purchase a Digital/Analog Converter that you attach to the TV at one end and attach to the transmitter for your TV Ears. You will also need to purchase an Optical Cable and an RCA Stereo Audio cable to make the necessary connections...^IFV
