Hi David. The LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA is not a Roku TV that runs on the Roku OS. IT runs on LG's webOS TV Platform and it comes with preloaded apps and you can add additional compatible apps from the LG Content Store (store) by launching the feature from the TV's home screen. You can plug a Roku streaming device into any of the three HDMI ports on the TV to stream from apps that are builtin on that device. The AT7T app is not a compatible app that is available on the TV or one that can be downloaded and installed on the TV. The TV does not have an HBO Now app either, but it does have Hulu as a preloaded app and you can add HBO to your Hulu base plan and stream HBO shows, hit movies, comedy specials and more. Once you add HBO to your Hulu subscription plan, you can stream HBO using the Hulu or HBO NOW app...^IFV
