“Is this tv the same as the 7 series in that you have to accept LG's Terms of Use and Agreement in order to have full functionality of this TV? Many people don't care to have their info broadcast to 3d party providers just for watching tv”

Hi Lynn. Our TVs have Terms & Conditions. You may opt to withdraw your consent to select terms of the LG Smart TV service user agreements. However, please note upon withdrawing your consent to select terms, you will no longer be able to use the Service. In order to use LG Smart TV Service, you must agree to all terms including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Third Party Sharing of Personal Information (Consent for sharing of information regarding Smart TV services), and additional services...^IFV
