Follow-up to my previous answer....... The LG spec sheet says it has Motion Enhancement Technology Proprietary technologies produced in addition to the Refresh Rate that smooth out faster moving pictures to reduce blur and pixelation. So, it might be okay for use as a gaming monitor. A true gaming monitor would be smaller and cost about twice as much as this TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only downside that I can see using this as a gaming monitor is the 60Hz refresh rate. I think most gaming monitors have a 120Hz refresh rate..
