• the answer is no. Moisture can get in easily. You can purchase televisions made for out side use

• I don’t have this brand for my outside TV, but I’ve had an Insignia outside for three years. However, I do take it down when temps regularly fall below 32. I’ve watch plenty of football outside near freezing.
