Hello Deb. We regret to read that the sound on your LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA went out and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. You can try switching the input (source) to a different input to see if it is just that input that you don't have sound on.
