For some reason, you have to delete the wifi already on the tv that you are using, then re enter it, every single time you turn on the tv.

If she is able to connect her computer to the Wi-Fi in her dorm she should also be able to connect the LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA to the same Wi-Fi service. It connects the same way that she would have connected her computer. Unfortunately, we do not know what type service she is using to connect to her internet service to advise her. Does she have Wi-Fi access to connect wirelessly or does she have to connect to a modem with an Ethernet cable? She can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and our Support Representatives can guide her step-by-step while she is in front of the TV or she can contact the supervisor for her dorm for assistance...^IFV
