• We regret to read that your LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA intermittently turns off every 10 or so minutes and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. How is the TV connected to a power source. Are you using an extension or power surge or is it plugged in directly to the outlet? Is the power cord inserted firmly into the socket on the TV? If the issue is not a result of any of the above, the TV will require a service repair...^IFV
