Is this a recent development or have the arrows or select buttons for the standard remote and the remote app never worked with the LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA? Unfortunately, trying to determine what the issue is will require troubleshooting and may require a technician to inspect the unit.
