• The power requirement for the LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA is 120 VAC, 50/60Hz. The voltage in Africa is not an issue since you can always use a step down transformer (converter) to use with the 220-240V in Africa. What is an issue though are the built-in tuners in the TV, an ATSC tuner, an NTSC tuner and a QAM tuner. These tuners are designed for compatibility with the TV Broadcast standards used in the U.S. which are not compatible with those used in Africa. So even if you can use the TV with the voltage in Africa using a step down transformer, you will not be able to receive any TV Broadcasts since the tuners are not compatible...^IFV
