You can only download and install apps that are compatible with the webOS 25 TV Operating System, and cannot download and install them from the Google Playstore.. YouTube is a Google app that is preinstalled on the TV and the YouTube TV app is compatible with the webOS 25 TV Operating System so it can be downloaded and installed on the TV.
