A:AnswerIt will work with a Spectrum TV cable box and the coax cable that comes with it. What does not work is the Spectrum App. LG does not support the Spectrum TV app. You’ll need either an Apple TV, Roku, Firestick, or Xbox, or airplay in order to use the app on the tv.
A:AnswerI asked this question at the store when buying mine and I was told that the colors were a bit more vivid ( which was the main thing) and a few other things that to me didn't warrant the price difference.
