The reason there are some people that say it can and can’t be mounted via a VESA mount is because there are 2 models: 43SQ700S and 43SQ700S-W. One is VESA compatible and the other is not.

When choosing a wall mount for your LG 43SQ700S-W monitor, keep in mind the VESA mount specifications and the monitor's weight. Key Specifications: • VESA Mount Pattern: The LG 43SQ700S-W uses a VESA 200 x 200 mm pattern. Make sure the wall mount you pick supports this size. • Weight: The monitor weighs about 31 lbs (14 kg), so choose a wall mount that can easily hold this weight. Recommended Wall Mount Types: 1. Fixed Wall Mount: If you want a simple setup close to the wall, a fixed mount is a good choice. Ensure it supports the VESA 200 x 200 mm and at least 31 lbs. 2. Tilting Wall Mount: For adjustable viewing angles, a tilting mount is ideal. It should also match the VESA pattern and weight requirements. 3. Full-Motion Wall Mount: If you need the most flexibility, a full-motion mount lets you adjust the monitor's position both horizontally and vertically. Check that it supports the VESA 200 x 200 mm pattern and the monitor's weight.
