We are sorry to hear about your LG 450 Sq. Ft. 10,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner not working properly. It sounds like you already have a repair case open with LG, so what we would recommend to you is contacting our LG Social team by sending a private or direct message via Facebook or Twitter, using the handle @LGUSSupport, and including the repair number and model and serial numbers of your unit. They will then accommodate you by getting another tech sent out to you! ~Rita
