The tv does not use ROKU as its operating system, it uses LGs proprietary WEBos system. You still get all of your standard apps, plus a few LG owns.

Moreover, Roku Channel is not currently available natively using LG Smart TV. Roku Channel may launch a native app for LG Smart TV in the future, but for now you can only stream using Apple AirPlay (2018+ (webOS 4.0+) models). Finally, clearance prices and their duration are at a retailer's discretion. ^Chris
