Man or woman, moving or mounting your tv should be (at least) a 2 person job unless you want to gamble with your $1,200. With thin bezels you don’t have much margin for error when it comes to applying pressure to the screen. The styrofoam packaging helps with this but even then I think 99% of the human race lacks the wingspan and strength to safely grip, lift and exert any control over where the tv goes next.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a delivery and installation service via Best Buy online, but apparently for larger (e.g. 65") TVs. I would recommend calling Best Buy Geek squad or going to a store and finding out if you can have that arranged for this set. Even at 48", the TV is fragile and extremely difficult to set up alone. If not by Best Buy, then try arranging unpacking and set up with help from family and/or friends. This is a great TV and worth the investment. Good luck.
