“Can this TV run 120hz in full 4k and HDR? I see a lot of companies that state 120hz at 4k but not while using HDR”

Yes it does. When I play video games I get the full 4K HDR with 120hz as long as the game supports it. Call of duty does as well as forza horizon. Other great games like horizon forbidden west, gran turismo only support up to 60hz but full 4K HDR as well. Amazing tv
