“Does the C1 have or support HDMI eARC? The install instructions list an HDMI eARC port but I don’t see it on the TV. Many of the sound setting options are grayed out and the sound from the TV speakers is terrible.”

It does have EARC it port 2 on ur HDMI on the side of your tv. I have noticed that some of the features are grayed out due to compatibility with the device connected. Hopes this helps.
