“I placed an order early last week, and was told it would be shipped to the store by Friday 5/14. I was then delayed, provided no timeline to arrival. Store told me they have no idea on ETA. What gives, and why would it let me order if it can't fulfill??”

I am sorry about that. Unfortunately, I cannot offer an update regarding availability of this TV. This is a Best Buy inventory issue and not an LG product issue, please contact customer service at (888) 237-8289 for information on when they will be able to fulfill the order. ^Daphane
