“What is the distance from the back of the TV to the very front of the TV stand?”

• The panel for the LG CX 48 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (48.2'' Diag), Model # OLED48CXPUA has a depth of 1.8" and the measurement from the front of the screen to the tip of the stand base is 4.173" so the measurement from the back of the panel to the tip of the stand base in the front of the TV will be 5.973"...^IFV

• Slightly under 10 inches from the back of the stand to the front of the stand. Although, the very front of the stand that touches my desk is wider at about 30-31 inches than the back which is closer to 16 at the furthest most narrow point. LG's website has seemingly accurate dimensions with/without the stand and RTINGS has a nice review that also covers dimensions. Hope that helps.
