Theres a setting on the TV to have completely Bluetooth audio or Internal TV speakers + Bluetooth. I find the combination option makes the Bluetooth lack its bass compared to just having it in Bluetooth mode.

I use my 48CX as a PC gaming monitor and occasionally watch Netflix or Amazon. Whether I'm gaming or watching TV, I like to connect my Sony XM3 headphones connected to the TV via BT, not connected to my PC. I connect this way so I can flip back and forth between HDMI (PC) and Smart TV apps without losing the BT connection. You won't be able to maintain separate volume levels on most devices connected via Bluetooth. If you turn the volume up using the TV remote, the TV and connected BT device will turn up together. There's some workarounds with devices like a Sony SRS-X5 and Creative D200 BT speakers which have their own volume controls in addition to the source device volume (TV, cell phone, etc). But in the case of using Sony XM3 headphones, it's one volume controller for the TV and the headphones. I hope this info helps.
