• In the location that i have mine it has not been a problem, but if it were located along side of a doorway it might be. However that would also apply to most brands.

• False. The stand is very stable. Make sure you attach the front portion of the stand on the front of the TV, it gives it balance and makes it very hard to tip over. I have had no issues.
