According to Bestbuy comparison....uh7600 49" comes with the Magic Remote and 2 extra sub connections.

I believe the difference is the number of pixels in the screen which make the color brighter. The 2160 model has just that, 2160 pixel while the 4K has 4,000. This tv is so bright and crisp!!
