• We hooked our TV up through Wi-Fi. It does have a Web Browser.

• Yes, it has both. Plus the smart connect feature will display a Bluetooth enabled device's movies. You are able to use your tablet/smartphone which you just shot videos on, and directly stream the display to the television. A tremendous bonus feature in my opinion. I have not yet connected an USB device to the unit, but you can do so as well.
