I don't think you use the USB port but instead use an HDMI port with MHL support and this does indeed have one.

A unit load is defined as 100 mA in USB 2.0, and a device may draw a maximum of 5 unit loads (500 mA) from a port in USB 2.0. I don't know which Roku you have, but either check the ac adapter for your Roku for the power specifications to see what it's consumption is or contact Roku for that information which will tell you if the USB port on this TV will be enough to support your Roku...IFV

If you mean HDMI, yes. Adding Roku essentially converts it to a "smart" TV.
