“I have a Playstation Pro and a Xbox One X, will this TV's HDR automatically detect and play the games in 4K HDR or do I have to go into the settings on each gaming system and adjust them manually?”

All hdr footage I've played off of prime actually displayed a hdr symbol on the top right corner when loading up. So it should automatically detect the source if it supports it.

The 49SK8000PUA will recognize the video type being sent from your video game system and display it appropriately. If the video being sent from the video game system to the TV is 4K HDR then the TV will display 4K HDR. We hope this information helps.
