If it isn't connecting to the internet then most likely something's wrong with your internet.It should automatically connect when you have the settings right and you have the same internet it's feeding on.Here this might be of help to you and after you have looked this up that will give you all and information that you might need.Hope this helps you out here's the model number 49SK8000PUA and the software version is 04.10.15 look that up online and then it should answer your questions.
