The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49UJ6200 does not support Bluetooth nor does it have a headphone (aka 3.5mm port) jack on it so you cannot pair it with Bluetooth Headsets nor can you use a wired Headset with it. The only Audio Out port on the TV is an Optical Digital Audio Out and to use that for headphones, you will first need to purchase a Digital/Analog Converter that has an Optical Digital Audio In at one end that you can connect to your TV and has Analog Stereo RCA barrel ports (Red/White or L/R) that you can connect to a transmitting tower for a pair of wireless infrared headphones. There are different types of Bluetooth adapters available but they all probably need to be plugged into an output and they will convert the audio signal into a Bluetooth signal that the adapter can transmit. Regrettably, we do not know what type of Bluetooth Adapter you have, but highly recommend that you review the instructions that came with it to see if it can be used with a TV or contact its manufacturer for advice...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Several different ways you can do this. USB port, audio jack.... depends on the unit you bought. However once it is hooked up, just go into the settings of the TV, and change the output to the port you plugged in the Bluetooth adapter to.
