What kind of question is that? My 42" that I had for about 3 yrs suddenly developed a thin black line, length wise on the left side of the screen. I bought a 49" and gave that TV to a coworker so her kids could play video games. The TV had a great pix but the black line bothered me so I purchased the LG. When these lines appear on the screen it's not possible to fix the TV's.
