• If you have the appropriate standard 3-prong properly grounded outlet rated at 120 V, 60Hz, an electrician is not required to wire anything. You can simply plug the TV into the socket with the power cord that comes with the TV. Depending on what programming service you have, you will need to connect the TV to an indoor or outdoor antenna or to your cable's set top box. If your service provider is through a cable company, they can set the TV up for you...^IFV
