“I have the Xbox Series X and it came with the HDMI 2.1 cord. Why is the Xbox 4K TV details screen saying that it doesn't support 4K UHD at 120hz? Whenever I change the resolution to 4K UHD, the refresh rate changes back 60hz...why is this?”

• HDMI inputs 3 & 4 are version 2.1 and will support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane

• Make sure you're using one of the two HDMI 2.1 ports on the back of the TV. You could also try going into the Overscan section of the Xbox Settings and manually changing it to 4k 120hz.
