• HDMI inputs 3 & 4 are version 2.1 and will support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane

• I'm able to do 4k 120hz with HDR with my RTX 3090, so you should be able to do it with your 3080. Make sure you're using one of the two 4k 120hz HDMI inputs on the back of the TV and make sure you turn on HDR in the TV Settings and in your PC Display Settings (Advanced Settings).
