Take the disc out, reset it under settings, connect a Ethernet cable to a internet enabled router, and plug the player in and do an update. I seem to remember mine saying something about removing the disc to update it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No other set up was required. I would guess that you've got a defective unit. Mine works fine so it's worth replacing and trying a 2nd unit.
