“Reliability of WT5680HWA Consumer Reports gave this washer a really high rating but failed to give it a recommended status because they said that the LG TOP LOADERS have a bad repair history. I think this is a relatively new machine but for those who has owned this for a while, how do you find its reliability... any repair issues yet?”

• Ours was defective from day one. It took almost 2 months to resolve the issue. Our machine still does not wash clothes very well at all. We are very disappointed.
