“After stacking the washer and dryer the washer will not turn on”

When you say the washer will not turn on, are you getting any indication at all that it is receiving power? The ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient / ENERGY STAR® Certified LG Single Unit LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 5.0 cu. Ft. Front Load Washer and 7.8 cu. Ft. Electric Ventless Heat Pump Dryer, Model # WKHC252HBA, is sold, and delivered as a stacked unit and should only be disassembled when it service is needed or when it is necessary to get it through an opening. Disassembling the unit involves detaching the harness for the washer and the dryer, so if the washer is not turning on after stacking as you have mentioned, it is quite possible that the harness for the washer was not re-attached...^Ivan.
