Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are having a terrible time with a wet dog smell on all of our clean clothes. We have cleaned the drum and the rubber seal, we dump the drain line and clean the filter on the regular (which is very annoying to need to do) and it hasn’t helped. I feel so sad about my purchase. Thousands spent on this and our clothes come out smelling worse than the did going in. We have a triple coat dog and the hair issue is rough. But our old crappy washer got the clothes smelling nice and clean. This new expensive one…. Takes 7 hours to wash the simplest loads and the clothes smell like wet dog and I can’t figure out why. Extremely unhappy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have 2 labs and the pet hair is minimal on the clothes. I will say it doesn’t do as well as a washer and dryer separately but it does okay. I do find myself cleaning the edge of the drum regularly to remove dog hair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4 cats in my house and it does adequate. A decent amount of hair gets stuck to the rubber door gasket. And a little stays on the clothes, but not much. Lots of it gets caught in the lint trap. I could see it being an issue in a house with extremely hairy dogs with coarse hair, like huskies. For cat hair I'm satisfied.
