Since you've already checked the accessible areas, we recommend confirming the condition of the drain hose. Please ensure that the drain hose is not kinked, twisted, or installed too high, as this can easily restrict the water flow. The height of the drain hose should not exceed 6 cm from the floor to allow for smooth drainage.
