Haven't ran into that problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Condensation can occur at the base of the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 5.0 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with Impeller, EasyUnload™ & AI Sensing, Model # WT8200CW, due to temperature differences between the machine and the surrounding environment, especially in humid spaces like enclosed utility rooms or bathrooms, but this is typically a normal occurrence caused by temperature differences rather than a defect. When using heating courses (like hot TurboWash™ cycles), hot water vapor can create condensation, which is considered normal operation. The Turbowash™ option cannot be used with all cycles. It is automatically included in the Normal and Quick Wash cycle and cannot be deselected, and is only available for the Heavy Duty and AI Wash cycle. While some moisture (enough to dampen a paper towel) can appear under the machine due to condensation, it should not be a large, standing puddle. If the water is significant, it is likely a leak. If you find substantial water (not just dampness), inspect the drain pump filter and drain hoses. If the moisture is excessive, check that the door seal is clean and free of lint/debris. This model is only available with Turbowash™ technology...^Ivan.
