To clean the drain pump filter, follow these steps to help maintain smooth operation and prevent drainage issues: Place a towel or a shallow pan under the access panel to catch any water that drains out. Use a flat tool like a coin or a flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the small rectangular or circular panel on the front bottom of the washer.     • Answer There is no listed specification for how many pounds of laundry the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer with 6Motion® Technology - White, Model # WM3470CW, can wash per load. The washer can be fully loaded, but the drum should not be tightly packed with items. The door of the washer must close easily. You should not press down on items while stacking them in the drum. Load clothes loosely, and do not overfill the drum. Clothes need room to circulate in order to get clean...^Ivan.

    • Answer Delivery and install were additional fees. I had them deliver it (an extra $60, but worth it for them to haul it, carry it in the house and down the steps to the basement) and the took out my old one and disposed of it. Very fast and efficient. I installed it myself as you just need to remove the shipping bolts, hook up the water and place your drain hose in the sink, and put it in place. But, not everyone is comfortable doing that themselves. Might be worth the expense to have them do it, if you choose. Right now, there are some very good deals at BB for 4th of July sales. that would probably cover the delivery and setup.

    • Answer To my knowledge, I believe the amount of water is based on the weight of the load. The washer senses how much water will be necessary to clean the items. The lower water level is how you save money by using a front load machine.
