Q: QuestionWhat are the cycle times for normal, quick wash, and bedding cycle? Are you able to adjust spin and water temp on the different cycles?
Asked by Denversgirl.
- A:Answer The wash times for cycles is not published. The washer uses load sensing to detect the load size and then estimates the time based on normal operations. Several external factors such as room temperature, load size and water temperature can affect actual time. Select cycles will allow you to modify the water temperature and spin speed. Please note all rinses use unheated cold water. You can visit the product support page at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-WT7150CW.ABWETUS to access and review the User Guide regarding wash cycles. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionAre you able to add both the Water Plus, as well as the soak functions for the same cycle? There is the Water Plus button. with the light illuminated when you press it. When you press the button for 3 sec., soak is activated. Can you have both?
Asked by skirunner91.
- A:Answer Hello there! We understand your inquiry about using both the Water Plus and Soak functions on your LG 5.0 cu ft High-Efficiency Top Load Washer (model WT7150CW). You can combine both options on most wash cycles. To do this: Select your desired wash cycle (for example, Normal or Heavy Duty). Activate Soak by pressing and holding the Soak button for 3 seconds until its indicator light turns on. Press the Water Plus button once so its light also illuminates. Close the lid fully and then press Start/Pause to begin the cycle. Troubleshooting tip: If one of the option lights doesn’t stay on, cancel the cycle by pressing Start/Pause, then re-select your cycle and options within 8 seconds—this ensures the washer’s control board registers both selections. Also, confirm the lid is completely closed; the washer won’t accept option changes if the lid sensor isn’t engaged. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-5-0-cu-ft-high-efficiency-top-load-washer-with-6motion-technology-white/6464959.p?skuId=6464959 For any further assistance or if you’d like us to walk through this step-by-step, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions. Q: QuestionCL, It blinks and does nothing else. what does CL mean?
Asked by ImissWIN95.
- A:Answer Hi there, Polarisjoe. We understand how concerning it can be when your washer displays the "CL" code. The "CL" indicator on your LG WT7150CW Top Load Washer means that Child Lock is activated, which disables the control panel buttons to prevent accidental changes during a wash cycle. To turn it off, press and hold the Temp and Spin buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off. Q: QuestionHow many inches are from the door hinge to back of washer? I’m trying to see if I can still open the lid with overhead cabinets that have 13 inch depth.
Asked by Biscuit.
- A:Answer Hello there! Thank you for your question about the LG WT7150CW Top Load Washer. The distance from the back of the washer to the hinge point of the lid is 10 inches. This means that with overhead cabinets that have a 13-inch depth, the lid should open fully without interference. However, it's always a good idea to have a bit of extra space to make sure the lid opens smoothly and comfortably. https://www.lg.com/us/washers-dryers/lg-wt7150cw-top-load-washer#pdp_specs If you need more assistance or have further questions, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. Asked by Frys.
- A:Answer Hi there. Thank you for your inquiry about the LG WT7150CW top-load washer. We understand your concern about vibrations, especially given your wood floors. The WT7150CW is designed with TrueBalance™ anti-vibration system, which helps to reduce vibrations and noise during the spin cycle.
