Yes as long as it's an LG TV the Wow features work

We can confirm that while the LG S70TR soundbar supports the WOW Orchestra feature, this functionality is generally designed to work with newer model year LG TVs, specifically 2022 and 2023 (or newer) models. Based on the model year of your TV, the WOW Orchestra feature that combines the TV speakers with the soundbar speakers will likely not be active when using the S70TR.
