“I have LG OLED C7P and the sj9 sound bar. Both of the devices on HDMI Arc. I have noticed that when I play a Netflix that contains both dobly vision and atmos I only see dobly vision on the right hand Corner and no atmos is normal? Also volume is 40 max?”

Yes the Soundbar displays Dolby Atmos. The C7 will display both when there is no Soundbar.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The ARC port does not support ATMOS. Likewise Atmos is not supported via the optical connection. Not sure what's wrong with your volume. At 20, mine blows you out of the room. Suggest trying to set the volume with the sound bar remote and then switching back to your universal remote. Suggest read all the reviews on line on this product. You won't find the above info in the LG information.
